busy trying to find out who called her a "dick hole." |
The Head of Operations at a Local Internet Company in
Tampa, Florida, inadverdently found out that someone
in the office had called her a "Dick Hole" during a
staff meeting the week before last.
In an attempt to start a new life for herself, Janice
Wagner of Pensacola, Florida, moved to Tampa to take
up the position Head of Operations for an internet company
that supplies online middle management software for
pre-IPO e-commerce companies. Her dreams took a small
blow when she was perusing a fellow employees' private
email and found a message that read: "remember when
he called her a Dick Hole during the meeting when we
were playing that word game? I couldn't stop laughing,
Christ, I almost shit my pants."
"I'm quite concerned about the image that I am putting
forth in my new company," commented Wagner, "this incident
really communicates to me a struggle within the ranks
of the company to accept me as a leader that knows how
to iterate bricks-and-clicks niches and utilize next-generation
portals." Wagner also wanted to make it clear that she
does not condone calling anyone a dick hole, except
for mayber her ex-lover, Cathy. "She was a major dick-hole,"
Wagner said. After some soul searching and a fifth of
Old Grandad's Whiskey, Wagner went back to work this
week, hoping to get some clues about who exactly called
her a dick hole. Her next move is to recruit the Unix
Guy into her Circle of Trust, which she claims is a
circle formed by trust, in between 3-5 people who have
all been, at one time or another, called a dick hole.
"It gives us a bond, every company has a Circle of Trust,"
Wagner explains. "Things are going to get better around
here, with a little love, a circle of trust, and some
innovative Envisioneering."
